Can you tell us the shipping charges on products?
For orders valued at Rs. 1000 or more, Revolution Incorporation offers shipping for free, within India, on all products.
- How long does it take for an order to reach us?
We strive to process all the orders and also ship within a day. The exact time of shipping is dependent on availability of some products; which will be discussed during the course of ordering the product. According to the shipping address that must be within India, after ordering, it could only take anywhere between 2 to 7 days for the order to be delivered. A rare case may dictate for the order to get delayed due to the non-accessibility of the address.
- Does Shubhda Enterprises deliver any product outside India?
At this time, Shubhda Enterprises does not deliver its products anywhere outside India. Although orders can be placed from anywhere in the world, the delivery can only be made in India.
- How would I get to know whether I live in a serviceable area or not?
If you wish to know about the serviceability of your region, you may talk to us at (8690054777) and provide us with your pin code. For delivery outside of serviceable regions, extra delivery charges may apply*
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- All requests for returns and order cancellation stands true against the below mentioned clauses.
- We believe in providing quality merchandise at fair price to our customers.
- Exchange / Returns will be made only against a valid receipt.
- Products sourced exclusively on confirmed customer order will not be returned / exchanged.
- Warranty/Guarantee will be governed by the terms & conditions of the manufacturer with a valid receipt.
- We issue only credit note(s) against the product(s) returned.
- In case of loss of credit note(s), no duplicate will be issued.
- Delivery charges and additional octroi charges (if any) are not refundable.
- Management reserves the right to amend terms & conditions without prior notice.
- All credit card transaction disputes have to be settled within 48 hours from the date of transaction.
- Warranty will be governed by the terms & conditions as mentioned on the Home Delivery challan.
- In the event of any dispute, the same shall be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS /FAQs- CANCELLATION & RETURNS
- Can I change / cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement, before the order has shipped. We will cancel the order and start the refund process. To cancel an order: Just click on the Cancel button against your order in My Orders in My Account. You can change your order for any same or higher value product/upgraded product within 24 hrs of your order placement. To modify an order: Click on the Change/Modify button against your order in My Orders in My Account Any requisition cannot be admitted after 24hrs / or after the shipping process has started.
- What if I have received a physically damaged product?
We undergo an extensive quality check process so be rest assured that the products are up to the international standards and post that they are dispatched to you. However in any rare case , you receive a damaged product, please contact us on 8690054777 within 7 days of receiptof your order and email us a few photographs along with the order number and item code at email@example.com for us to assess the extent of damage. Depending upon the type of damage we shall send necessary parts / replacement or send our expert technicians to assess and fix the issue. *Replacements will be made based on availability of that product on the website
- What should I do if I find my package opened or tampered with upon delivery?
Please don’t accept an open or tampered package. Report this concern by clicking in Return/Replace option in your My Orders page within the 7 days of receipt of damaged package. We will look into the issue and get back to you soon.
- What if I receive a faulty/defective product?
Incase you receive a faulty product, we request you to contact us on our number 8690054777 within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will arrange a pickup for the product within 5 working days of receipt of your complaint and inspect the product. If the product is found to be faulty/defective, we’ll replace it for you/issue a credit note, as per your request.
Following are the terms and conditions for return/replacement.
- Products must be in their original condition
- Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products with their original tags will be accepted
- Brand packaging should be intact

We, at Shubhda Enterprises, work to ensure that you get what you see on our website.
